About us

Welcome to Belize.

We, Petra and Peter, moved 2004 in this beautiful country and started to develop a small lodge for individually travellers.
3 Cabanas with outdoor shower and toilet plus 1 Guesthouse on the Belize River are our facilities today. We stay small to give every single guest as much attention as possible. Philip, Maria and MArtha complete our team, our dogs Max, Lady and Jonny are responsible for security.

Our location is perfect for exploring the surroundings. We are located directly on the Western Highway, only 10 Mls away for San Ignacio in the West and Belmopan in the East. The settlement of the modern Mennonites is only 7 Mls southern. Nearby is a remarkable number of attractions and possibilities for individually activities.

Directly opposite flows the Belize River, aperfect spot for tubing, canoing and swimming. All necessary equipment is available. Additional we offer bisycle rental and horsebackriding.

All buildings in our lodge have electricity. A hammock place and a BBQ patio are offering possibilities to relax. And last but not least: Our restaurant, built with lumber and leafes, guarantiees good food and cold drinks in a nice atmosphere during the whole day.
